How to become certified

The audit processes for granting, refusing, maintaining, renewing, suspending, reinstating or withdrawing certification, or extending or reducing the scope of certification, and for handling requests for information, complaints and appeals, are described in the General Certification and Maintenance Conditions.

Identification and validation of your requirements in order to provide you with a technical and financial proposal

 

We agree with you on dates for conducting the audit in accordance with the accreditation rules.

 

Our auditors assess the effective and comprehensive implementation of the management system (in accordance with the requirements of the standard, customers and regulations).

 

The OSAC Apave Aeroservices Certification Commission conducts a technical review of the application to determine whether the recommendation is acceptable, and a certificate specifying the scope of your certification is issued to you.

 

Our auditors assess the compliance of your management system on an annual basis, taking into account any changes made or undergone.

Trademark usage guidelines

The certification mark issued by OSAC Apave Aeroservices is intended to certify, at the request of organisations, their compliance with the requirements set by the OSAC Apave Aeroservices Certification Body as a reference standard in the field of Management System certification, in accordance with applicable national and/or international requirements.

  • Use of the OSAC Apave Aeroservices certification mark is strictly reserved for the organisation, provided that its Management System has been duly certified by OSAC Apave Aeroservices.
  • Use of the mark is valid for a renewable period of three years.

Information about organisations certified by OSAC Apave Aeroservices

OSAC Apave Aeroservices provides, upon request, information concerning:

  • The certification status of any organisation certified by OSAC Apave Aeroservices (granting, extension, maintenance, renewal, suspension, reinstatement, reduction of the certified scope, withdrawal, validity of certificates)
  • The name, corresponding standard document, field of activity and geographical location (city and country) of any organisation certified by OSAC Apave Aeroservices.
