Promotion of the Aeronautical Mechanic Profession

With a growing gap between the number of aircraft mechanics retiring and those joining the sector, the industry is facing a shortage of technicians that is expected to reach 20% by 2028, with nearly 12,000 positions to be filled each year to meet demand. OSAC, the DGAC and organizations representing aeronautical professionals are mobilizing a working group to promote this profession, encourage young people to embrace this career and present them with the different study paths and their advantages. Come and talk to specialist inspectors from OSAC, training centers and maintenance workshops.
