Aeronautical inspector

Aeronautical inspector
Attached to OSAC HABILITATON's Operations Department, the Aeronautical Inspectors are divided into the 6 divisions corresponding to the customers' businesses:
- Production (DOPM)
- Maintenance Part M Majors (DOEM)
- General Aviation (DOAG)
- Mechanics and Training (DOME)
- Overseas (DOOM)
- EASA (DOEA)
OSAC HABILITATION has set up a tutoring system to welcome new inspectors and pass on their knowledge, know-how and corporate culture.
On arrival at OSAC HABILITATION, the future inspector is placed under the responsibility of a tutor with an Aeronautical Inspector's Licence and solid experience in the same category and begins his internal training to obtain his own inspector's licence.
Missions
- Appraising and oversight the approval of organisations, depending on the division: production organisations, maintenance workshops, airlines, aeroclubs, etc.
- Carrying out audits, surveys and polls,
- Studying organisation manuals,
- Issuing airworthiness certificates for aircraft and studying recommendations for renewal of airworthiness examinations.
Profile
- Aeronautical engineer or equivalent knowledge (mechanics, electronics, avionics, maintenance),
- At least five years' experience in maintenance and/or airworthiness management,
- Knowledge of Parties-M, ML, CAMO, CAO,145, 21G, 147 regulations,
- Qualified auditor,
- Fluency in English (TOEIC score>750),
- Good interpersonal skills, organisational skills, availability and mobility.

Methods referent

Methods referent
Within OSAC HABILITATION's Methods and Development Department, the Safety and Regulations Department brings together the airworthiness experts responsible for defining the oversight methods implemented by the 120 aeronautical inspectors spread throughout France.
Each expert is a reference in his field of competence and assists OSAC HABILITATION staff, on a daily basis, with questions relating to the implementation of the applicable aeronautical regulations: EASA Part-21G, Part-M, Part-ML, Part-CAMO, Part-CAO, Part-145, Part-66, Part-147, air operations (EASA AIR-OPS).
The experts in the Safety and Regulation Department work in collaboration with the DGAC and the EASA to define the methods of application of the European regulations by the Authority and by the aeronautical industry in France.
In addition, the experts in the Safety and Regulations department are also trainers in their field of competence. In this way, they provide part of the training for OSAC HABILITATION inspectors and are also called upon to put their expertise to good use through training courses or interventions outside OSAC (other civil and military Authorities, industry, etc.).
Missions
- Supporting OSAC staff on regulatory and technical issues relating to regulations in the field for which he is the referent.
- Designing, drafting and updating procedures, guides and instructions in his area of expertise.
- Prepares and runs training courses in his field of expertise.
- Working in collaboration with the DGAC and EASA on proposed changes to European regulations and their implementation by France.
- Representing OSAC on various external missions.
Profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in aeronautics.
- At least 3 years' knowledge and professional experience in one or more of the following areas: EASA Part-21 and/or Part-M and/or Part-145 - or their military equivalents (EMAR - FRA) - air operations (EASA AIR-OPS).
- Good interpersonal skills, dynamic, rigorous and able to summarise.
- Strong initiative and organisational skills.
- Ability to resolve complex issues with multiple stakeholders.
- Rigorous, concise and clear writing style.
- Fluency in English (TOEIC score > 785).

Aeronautical expert

Aeronautical expert
Consultants, project managers, auditors, trainers: aeronautical experts carry out a wide range of management and business development assignments for authorities and institutions in the aeronautical sector:
Support in carrying out diagnostics, drawing up analysis reports and action plans, implementing reference systems, drafting associated technical documentation and improving organisation, tools and methods, including change management;
Strengthen the authorities and institutions to assist them in their mission and optimise their operation in the context of their supervisory, control, certification and regulatory tasks;
Training in each expert's area of expertise - regulatory, technical and practical training in France and abroad, with content tailored to the individual's needs;
Development of solutions to support Authorities and Institutions in implementing safety management requirements.
Missions
- Managing contracts internally and interfacing with the customer.
- Planning workloads, organising activities for one or more contracts, drafting and/or validating deliverables.
- Analysis of service requirements and drafting of service offers.
- Preparing, carrying out and reporting on audits in its area of expertise, with recommendations on the follow-up to certificates held or requested.
- Carrying out aeronautical consultancy and expertise assignments.
- Preparing and running training courses in its area of expertise.
- Representing OSAC on various external missions.
Profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in aeronautics.
- 5 years' experience in an aeronautical environment
- Knowledge and professional experience in one or more of the following areas: EASA Part-21 and/or Part-M and/or Part-145 and/or Part-147 and/or Part-66 - or their military equivalents (EMAR - FRA) - air operations (EASA AIR-OPS) - PEL - AGA - PSE - EN99100 domains/expertise, etc.

Quality auditor

Quality auditor
Quality Management System (QMS) auditors and Aeronautics Quality Management System (AQMS) auditors, with expertise in the Aeronautics, Space and Defence (ASD) sector, are qualified to carry out audits in accordance with the following standards:
- ISO 9001 Requirements - Quality management system
- NF EN 9100 Quality Management Systems - Requirements for Aerospace and Defence organisations
- NF EN 9110 Quality Management Systems - Requirements for Aerospace Maintenance Organisations
- NF EN 9120 Quality Management Systems - Requirements for Aerospace and Defence Distributors
OSAC sets up an integration process to welcome and transmit knowledge, know-how, tools, and corporate culture to new auditors wishing to work for OSAC.

Profile
- Diploma(s) IRCA or ICA ISO 9001, and/or AATT EN 91X0
- Excellent knowledge of the standards in its field of action,
- Knowledge of the aeronautical sector for SMQA auditors.
- Excellent adaptability,
- Analytical vision and proactive attitude,
- Operational English in a professional context,
- Over 1 year experience as an auditor in third-party audits of ISO 9001, EN 9100, EN 9110 and EN 9120 standards.

OPS-AIR Auditor

OPS-AIR Auditor
To support our growth, ApaveAeroservices is currently looking for an OPS-AIR Auditor (M/F) :
- Aeronautical engineering degree, specialised master, university degree or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years experience as a commercial pilot, with captain and instructor experience
- Very good knowledge of regulations and standards (EASA ORO and ICAO annexes)
- Knowledge of airline operations
- Knowledge of safety management system within an airline operator
- Knowledge of flight operations (dispatch and OPS office), training requirements and maintenance of flight personnel
- Knowledge of quality assurance, maintenance and airworthiness management requirements

- Experience of technical assessment of aircraft physical condition

Trainer

Missions
- Providing training in the field of airworthiness in France and abroad,
- Participate in the production of training materials in French and English, as part of the editorial chain,
- Participate in the development of training courses,

- Carrying out audits, surveys and polls in accredited Parties-CAMO and/or CAO and/or 145 organisations.
Profile
- Aeronautical engineer or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years‘ higher education and at least five years’ professional experience in the aeronautical industry,
- Experience as a trainer at national and international level,
- Knowledge of aeronautical regulations (Part-M, Part-145, GenFam, Human Factors) and government regulations,
- English (TOEIC score > 750),
- Good writing, interpersonal and communication skills,
- Experience of using the SCENARI software suite.

Project Manager

Project Manager
In order to support our growth, ApaveAeroservices is looking for a Project Manager W/M.
- Higher education degree (aeronautical engineer, specialised master, university degree or equivalent)
- Between 5 and 10 years of professional experience in the aeronautical sector and/or in a consulting firm
- Good knowledge of aeronautical regulations and safety issues
- Experience in project management and/or operational consulting is desired
- Ability to lead teams of technical experts and interact at a high level with clients in the sector
